Eurocontrolli provides integrated solutions that enable the customers to manage, maintain and supervise their infrastructure.
Upon delivery of each project, is supplied to the customer all the clear and precise installation documentation, certifying in detail all the work realized.
The customer is provided with all the tools to deepen his knowledge about the applications and the operating systems, through manuals, cd-roms, plan on paper and on digital supports prepared in a simple and complete manner by Eurocontrolli technical staff.
If the customer can’t autonomously act in the plants management or in the resolution of problems, Eurocontrolli offers a portfolio of value-added support and after-sales service. The support and the maintenance service are provided around the clock, 365 days a year. All technicians are available and are equipped with handheld devices for remote supervision, constantly monitoring the facilities and providing remote assistance. The maintenance interventions are agreed as long as the customer, while the ones for maintenance are carried out with the greatest timing.
In addition, to allow the customer having the constant supervision of the system installed, Eurocontrolli realized Web Monitoring, a tool that allows remotely and autonomously controlling the system, especially in real time by Internet. The validity of this instrument is closely related to the possibility to connect multiple systems and integrates them with one another by the web. Through an intuitive and easy interface, Web Monitoring ensures the full control of its facilities and is a valuable aid to handle each type of plant.
